Strengths Engagement Surveys
The Strengths Engagement Track (SET) is an online survey designed to help individuals, teams and organizations get a pulse of how their strength capacity is being leveraged to optimize impact at work. SET helps participants realize their strengths capacity and assists teams in collaborating for improved collective results. Through sixteen questions, SET measures how each participant’s time, actions and beliefs are aligned with their strengths activities.
